Produced by the Minnesota Home Ownership Center, Affordable Loan Product Matrix is intended to inform housing counselors and industry professionals of affordable loan programs available to their clients.
Loan programs included in the Matrix generally have flexible underwriting guidelines, allow higher LTV limits, lower buyer investment and require homebuyer education and/or counseling.
