Neighborhood Stabilization Program o NSP, en inglés
Uno de los requisitos para poder participar en el Programa de Estabilización del Vecindario (Neighborhood Stabilization Program/NSP) es el cumplimiento de 8 horas de educación pre-compra y consejería personalizada por una agencia de servicios aprobada por HUD (Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de los EE UU).
NOTA IMPORTANTE: No todos los proveedores de Home Stretch son agencias de consejería aprobadas por HUD. La siguiente es una lista de agencias de consejería aprobadas por HUD que ofrecen talleres de trabajo de Home Stretch y consejería:
