Did you know the Minnesota Homeownership Center has FREE interactive courses on its website dealing with Becoming an Owner/Occupant Landlord and Buying and Owning a Manufactured Home? These courses are a result of the Center’s deep partnership with community partners. The Owner/Occupant Landlord course was developed a few years ago in partnership with Twin Cities-based Family Housing Fund. And the recently unveiled Manufactured Home course was developed in partnership with CoNorth (formerly Northcountry Cooperative Foundation). Both of these online interactive courses are available in English as well as Spanish.
