This homebuyer education workshop will walk you through the entire homebuying process – from qualifying for a loan to the role of the home inspector. Successful completion of this workshop may be required for certain types of loans. Contact the advisor agency below to complete your workshop registration.
Note: The Minnesota Homeownership Center recommends that you work with a free homeownership advisor in addition to taking this course. If you do not yet have an advisor, use our advisor search tool to find one near you.
This workshop is $75 if you live outside of Blue Earth, Brown, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Le Sueur, Martin, Mower, Nicollet, Olmsted, Rice, Sibley, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, Watonwan, Winona.
