The Center’s 2018 Annual Impact Report is now available. Our top-line stats? Out of nearly 20,000 households served: 9 out of 10 were first-time homebuyers; 1 out of 4 were first-generation homebuyers; and 3 out of 5 were households of color. In addition, we helped nearly 1,000 households to avoid foreclosure, and we demonstrated a nearly 300 percent Social Return on Investment accruing back to the community for the services we deliver.
