The Minnesota Homeownership Center is entering an exciting new phase of growth, and we’re proud to share our strategic plan — a roadmap to convene Minnesota’s homeownership ecosystem and expand inclusive access to sustainable homeownership. This plan reflects months of collaboration across Minnesota and positions us to meet the moment with greater clarity.
This plan expands our capacity to engage partners across the homeownership landscape, builds dedicated policy leadership to advance inclusive homeownership systems at every level of government, and reinforces our operational infrastructure to support our growing mission. It additionally strengthens our role in innovation, building our capacity to convene across sectors to advance and align programs through human centered design and market data analysis. We are reaffirming our role as intermediary to the Homeownership Advisor Network, continuing to provide training, technology, technical assistance, and convening for 31 organizations and more than 100 advisors statewide, providing quality homeowner advising and education to over 8,000 households annually.
